Trip Cancellation Policy

Events are held regardless of weather, however dangerous driving conditions as determined by the Trip Leader may necessitate a last minute cancellation. Please call 487-3331 before an event should road conditions predicate a possible cancellation.

Special Note Regarding Winter Events

Dress in warm layers and bring snowshoes if snow depth exceeds 7-9 inches. In order to preserve the integrity of any wildlife tracks, please no dogs.

PLC’s 2012 Walk in the Woods! Kick Off Event
Nearly-Full Moon Snowshoe!
Saturday, January 7, 2012 7pm

Join the Piscataquog Land Conservancy (PLC) and the Francestown Land Trust (FLT) for a moonlight snowshoe through beautiful 580-acre Rand Brook Forest in Francestown. This expansive conservation property offers miles of trails in an unspoiled setting, perfect for a winter-wander! Led by FLT Board Member Ben Haubrich, this promises to be a truly special evening! Cocoa and cookies to follow at the home of Bridget & Greg Austin, Francestown. Pre-registration requested - Bring your own Snowshoes!
